The bed strip and bed side bolts in this kit are carriage bolts, which means they have a smooth, rounded head and a square shoulder to fit into a square hole. The bed-to-frame bolts have phillips drives instead of the original square drive. Polished bolt kits are very shiny, giving them a "chrome" look. This kit is made without the two additional 5/16" holes in the middle of the center strip for a spare tire attachment.
