Mounting holes are predrilled and the mounting screws are included at no charge. The curved shape of this rear pan matches the contour of the bed sides below the tailgate. This rear pan will give your truck a smooth look with license tag indention (tag box). The rear sill must be modified to provide clearance for the tag box.
